Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items sent by our store

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened perfume bottles
  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Sale or clearance items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
